Speaker: Aimie Schramm, corporate communications manager, Arby’s

Few words can instill fear in communications managers, organizations, and even consumers like the word "Rebrand.” Making a change in the corporate image of a company or well-known brand is a daunting undertaking with equally huge risks and opportunities. Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc., headquartered here in Sandy Springs, recently went through a rebrand this past summer. As the second largest quick-service sandwich chain in the U.S. with more than 3,400 restaurants system wide, this was no small task.

Hear from Arby’s Aimie Schramm, who led the internal communications planning and execution for their Brand re-launch. She will discuss their rollout with the group, focusing on lessons learned and best practices for the corporate communications involved in an effort like this.

You’ll learn how Arby’s constructed and continues to communicate the critical messages associated with the rebranding effort. Discover how Arby’s is able to deliver and sustain consistent communications that must resonate in a meaningful way to the thousands of Arby’s employees… from the corporate offices in Sandy Springs, to franchisees and local restaurant staff scattered throughout the US, Canada and overseas.
